Seven Days on a Diet

Be slim! Let your spirits be at a high level. Eat 3 times a day and burn fats. This seven-day diet gives excellent results.

I Day

Breakfast

Put one hard-boiled egg on a toast that you have previously spread with a thin layer of butter;

Lunch

Choose soup with vegetables or lentils; in addition to this have two oat cakes;

Dinner

Cooked vegetables, meat and pumpernickel bread;

II Day

Breakfast

Mix squeezed juice of one orange with 50g of lean young cheese and a teaspoon of honey. Add a spoonful of cornflakes and a teaspoon of chopped almonds;

Lunch

Mix 170g of tuna without oil, celery, lettuce, a tablespoon of diet mayonnaise and 80g of yogurt;

Dinner

Around 400g of mixed salad made of fresh vegetables spice with two teaspoons of olive oil and juice of half a lemon; along with that have 50g of boiled rice;

III Day

Breakfast

A slice of pumpernickel bread spread with 80g cream-cheese and pour the spices over (to taste);

Lunch

Make a soy steak; along with that have spinach with potatoes and black bread;

Dinner

Fruit or fruit juice;

IV Day

Breakfast

Put cornflakes into a cup, add a spoonful of seeds and berries and put two tablespoons of lean yogurt over;

Lunch

Prepare a portion of soup made of vegetables and 100g of chicken meat (without the foreskin);

Dinner

Have a piece of tuna with half a cup of brown rice and boiled broccoli, pour lemon juice over;

V Day

Breakfast

Chop one kiwi and one apple, add 50g of unsalted soft cheese and 1dl of orange juice; mix with 10g of cornflakes;

Lunch

Boil fish (salmon), along with that have 3 potatoes and rocket-salad splashed with lemon juice;

Dinner

Fruit;

VI Day

Breakfast

Make a sandwich of pumpernickel bread, a tablespoon of tuna, one cucumber and lettuce;

Lunch

Boil chicken meat; along with that have cauliflower, salad, pumpernickel bread;

Dinner

Fruit;

VII Day

Breakfast
Clean and chop grapefruit and mix with 25g of lean cheese; in addition have a slice of toast;

Lunch

Make a soup of chicken meat, serve with cooked carrot, salad and black bread;

Dinner

Cut 180g potatoes, 150g of vegetables and stew with one teaspoon of oil; Spice with herbs and a little salt;

Advice
