Sea Algae

Algae contain more minerals and vitamins than any other food. The sea algae have vitamin B2, choline, naicin, carotene and algae acid, as well as many minerals – iodine, phosphorus, calcium, copper, manganese and zinc. Because of the high content of iodine, algae normalize the work of the thyroid gland. Without iodine metabolism can not function and energy can not be processed.

Fresh algae are the healthiest. One of the best known algae is Spirulina (cyan algae). It regulates blood sugar levels, contains iron, zinc, magnesium, calcium, phenylalanine and is an excellent for reducing weight.

Aloe Vera

Aloe vera is rich in gel that heals wounds, and when taken orally it has a purifying effect. It is efficient in treatment of gastric ulcer, too.

External use of this plant is various. For example – it accelerates the healing of wounds, softens blisters and rough skin on feet, prevents the creation of bubbles due to sunburns, regenerates hair.

Parsley

Parsley is rich in minerals, vitamins, iron. Its fruit and essential oils have a diuretic effect. Parsley influences well the kidneys, removes retention of fluids in the belly area, chest and legs before the period. Its leaves should be put onto the painful places to prevent inflammation and pain. It is said that parsley prevents teeth hemorraghea. Experts have found that parsley stimulates the hair growth and sexual activity. Its leaves should be used fresh.
