Facial skin needs care, especially if it is sensitive. Normal facial skin can become sensitive to external influences, stress, improper care, poor nutrition. Signs of sensitive skin are redness, peeling and swelling. It is usually itchy and uncomfortably pecks. With regular care skin will be cooled off, smooth and soft. If your skin is dry in some parts, mostly on the cheeks, and oily in the so-called T zone (forehead, nose and chin) then you have a combined skin. Check this in the following way. Dab your nose and forehead using tissues. Then try the test (above) with an adhesive tape. If the result is positive, your skin is combined. Select a multifunctional product.
Normal skin is the rarest. It is neither dry nor greasy, is not problematic and is healthy. Healthy and normal skin can become oily, dry or very sensitive under the influence of weather conditions, living habits, diet.
To bring your problematic skin to its normal condition, use some effective products, and something you can prepare yourself for your skin. A mask made of avocado and honey nurtures dry skin. Make a mixture of grated avocado, a tablespoon of honey, a tablespoon of olive oil and a yolk. Apply to the face and leave for 30 minutes, then rinse with warm water and apply the facial cream in the end. If your skin is tired use some parsley. Have a half cup of fresh parsley chopped and then mix with three tablespoons of sour cream. Put on face and leave for 20 min. Rinse with warm water. To nurture the skin, use some cheese and cucumber. Mix two tablespoons of cheese, half a cup of grated cucumber and a spoon of honey. Put the mixture on your face and leave for 20 minutes. Then rinse the mask. For delicate and pale face use carrot. Two tablespoons of grated carrot mix with one spoon of cheese and apply this mixture on face and neck. Leave for 15 minutes and then rinse. For your skin to look refreshed and smooth use the following. In half a cup of sour cream put a half of mashed kiwi. Apply the mixture to the damaged face and cover with the rest of sliced kiwi. Leave for 20 min, then rinse.
Dry skin and the loss of shine are caused by the skin exposure to sunrays. Such skin needs a good hydration and peels. You should use a peel based on essential oils and after that the skin is smooth and rejuvenated. In order to have the uniform colour of the face nurture the skin with moisturizing products using hydro-massage as well and then apply a moisturizing mask. Skin is greatly helped by chemical peels after sunbathing. Corneous layer that protects from UV rays is created on the skin. It is necessary to remove this layer because it can lead to the appearance of acne if your skin is oily. This layer can be removed by using chemical peels that hydrate skin, too. Surface peels are good for sensitive skin and primarily those based on almond acid. After returning from summer vacation you should do a peel, and thus you will not lose the suntan you have got. It will give skin softness and shine.
If you want to take care of yourself in a natural way, you can make products for care. Rosemary will help oily skin. Add a few drops of rosemary oil in a liter of boiled water. Use this to steam the face for 15 minutes, and the pores will be opened and the skin thoroughly cleansed.
You will soothe the skin and remove small wrinkles with some special coverings. Soak mallow flowers (about 60g.) in 3.5 deciliter of boiled water. Drain this and add 2 tablespoons of honey. Soak a cotton cloth and hold the covering on face for 10 minutes. In this way skin will be tighter, and wrinkles will be less seen. If you want to give your skin the necessary freshness and moisture use the mask made of a 1 / 2 cup of yogurt, 1 tablespoon of heated honey and a few drops of olive oil. Mix the ingredients, apply on face and rinse with lukewarm water after 20 minutes. Ideal for facial and body peeling is the following: 1 cup of corn cereal, 1 cup oats of cereal and 3 tablespoons of milk. Mix the flakes and add milk. Apply to the skin and rinse with lukewarm water after 10 minutes. The mixture made of 1 tablespoon of corn flakes and 1 tablespoon of fresh orange juice apply to moist skin and hold for 10 minutes. Then wash your face with lukewarm water. This mask absorbs grease, reduces wrinkles and prevents pimples. Lotion that you can make from 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, 50 ml. of mineral water and that you will refridgerate, use to have a completely cleansed and relaxed facial skin.
We Suggest Some Effective Facial Massages
While you are applying the cream, you can improve the appearance of the skin by facial massage. It works well to people of all ages and can solve some health, aesthetic problems and tensions. The most commonly used are herbal, mineral, essential oils and cosmetic products which deeply nurture the skin. Essential oils effectively hydrate, nurture, lift, renew and balance all skin types. Pure essential oils can irritate the skin, so you should use basic oils first. A facial massage, which is a kind of a body exercise, will help in reducing wrinkles, strengthen skin. Heat the massage cream between the fingertips. Massage forehead with ring and middle finger, in circular and spiral movements from the middle of the forehead towards the temples. This slows down the creation of wrinkles. Put ring and middle finger on the nose and in gentle movements drop them from the nose root down. This helps the nose skin to become smooth. Put middle and ring finger on the right and left side of the chin and move them towards the temples – in this way you massage the contour of your face. Hold your eyebrows between thumb and index finger, and by slightly pinching move them towards the temples in right angles towards the wrinkles. Put your fingers on the temples and press them gently. This will have a pleasing effect. Massage the skin under the eyes with middle and ring finger in the direction from the temples towards the middle of the face. Then, using your middle finger, press the nasal bone on both sides in the slant of the eyes. You will get rid of the swelling under the eyes. Put hands on the face, if you have used the cream for the massage, do not wash the hands because the cream is good for them as well.
