<h3><strong>I Day </strong></h3>
<p><strong>Breakfast</strong></p>
<p>Put one hard-boiled egg on a toast that you have previously spread with a thin layer of butter;</p>
<p><strong>Lunch </strong></p>
<p>Choose soup with vegetables or lentils; in addition to this have two oat cakes;</p>
<p><strong>Dinner</strong></p>
<p>Cooked vegetables, meat and pumpernickel bread;<strong></strong></p>
<h3><strong>II Day </strong></h3>
<p><strong>Breakfast</strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;"> </span></p>
<p>Mix squeezed juice of one orange with 50g of lean young cheese and a teaspoon of honey. Add a spoonful of cornflakes and a teaspoon of chopped almonds;</p>
<p><strong>Lunch </strong></p>
<p>Mix 170g of tuna without oil, celery, lettuce, a tablespoon of diet mayonnaise and 80g of yogurt;</p>
<p><strong>Dinner</strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;"> </span></p>
<p>Around 400g of mixed salad made of fresh vegetables spice with two teaspoons of olive oil and juice of half a lemon; along with that have 50g of boiled rice;<strong></strong></p>
<h3><strong>III Day </strong></h3>
<p><strong>Breakfast</strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;"> </span></p>
<p>A slice of pumpernickel bread spread with 80g cream-cheese and pour the spices over (to taste);</p>
<p><strong>Lunch</strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;"> </span></p>
<p>Make a soy steak; along with that have spinach with potatoes and black bread;</p>
<p><strong>Dinner</strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;"> </span></p>
<p>Fruit or fruit juice;<strong></strong></p>
<h3><strong>IV Day </strong></h3>
<p><strong>Breakfast</strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;"> </span></p>
<p>Put cornflakes into a cup, add a spoonful of seeds and berries and put two tablespoons of lean yogurt over;</p>
<p><strong>Lunch</strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;"> </span></p>
<p>Prepare a portion of soup made of vegetables and 100g of chicken meat (without the foreskin);</p>
<p><strong>Dinner</strong></p>
<p>Have a piece of tuna with half a cup of brown rice and boiled broccoli, pour lemon juice over;<strong></strong></p>
<h3><strong>V Day </strong></h3>
<p><strong>Breakfast</strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;"> </span></p>
<p>Chop one kiwi and one apple, add 50g of unsalted soft cheese and 1dl of orange juice; mix with 10g of cornflakes;</p>

<p>Boil fish (salmon), along with that have 3 potatoes and rocket-salad splashed with lemon juice;</p>
<p><strong>Dinner</strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;"> </span></p>
<p>Fruit;<strong></strong></p>
<h3><strong>VI Day </strong></h3>
<p><strong>Breakfast</strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;"> </span></p>
<p>Make a sandwich of pumpernickel bread, a tablespoon of tuna, one cucumber and lettuce;</p>
<p><strong>Lunch</strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;"> </span></p>
<p>Boil chicken meat; along with that have cauliflower, salad, pumpernickel bread;</p>
<p><strong>Dinner</strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;"> </span></p>
<p>Fruit;<strong></strong></p>
<h3><strong>VII Day </strong></h3>
<p><strong>Breakfast </strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><br />
</span>Clean and chop grapefruit and mix with 25g of lean cheese; in addition have a slice of toast;</p>
<p><strong>Lunch</strong></p>
<p>Make a soup of chicken meat, serve with cooked carrot, salad and black bread;</p>
<p><strong>Dinner</strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;"> </span></p>
<p>Cut 180g potatoes, 150g of vegetables and stew with one teaspoon of oil; Spice with herbs and a little salt;<strong></strong></p>
