T zone is oily, cheeks are dry and the skin around the eyes is particularly sensitive. Dust particles from the air, sebum and sweat secreted by the skin, are accumulated on the skin. These should be eliminated. However, after cleansing skin must not remain unprotected, dried out or irritated.<strong></strong></p>
<p><strong>Facial Cleansing</strong></p>
<p>A product for facial cleansing is a true friend of the skin. Besides cleansing, it provides the protection necessary. A cleansing product should be enriched with moisturizing substances such as hyaluronic acid, herbal extracts and vitamins (E and C). These ingredients slow down skin aging and the appearance of wrinkles. Tonic removes previously applied skin cleansers from the skin. Some people believe that after cleansing tonic is unnecessary. But it is important because it helps dry skin to establish the natural pH value. Also, tonic eliminates dirt particles and impurities that remain on the skin even after cleansing. Lightly dabbed on the face, it gives the skin moisture and relieves from tightness.</p>
<p><strong>Advice</strong>. Regardless of whether your skin is oily or dry, do not use tonic with alcohol. Alcohol excessively dries the skin. That is why oily skin will secrete even more sebum, and dry skin will respond by peeling and redness.</p>
<p><strong>Proper Use</strong>. Apply a little bit of facial cleansing lotion. Massage gently, in circular moves, first the forehead, part around the eyes, and then nose. Bottom-up, in wide circular moves, massage cheeks and part around the lips. Do not forget the neck and cleavage. Rinse the face using a cotton ball or a special sponge soaked in lukewarm water, and then dry it by dabbing with a towel. Soak a piece of cotton in tonic and go over the face in gentle horizontal moves (from the middle towards the edges). Dry the face by dabbing with a towel.</p>
<p><strong>Lotions</strong>. If you do not have problems with facial skin and you do not use a lot of makeup, a non-rinsing product for face cleansing is enough. Wet wipes (soaked in cleaner) are also practical.</p>
<p><strong>Proper Use</strong>. Apply the lotion to a cotton ball. Lightly go over the face from the middle towards the edges. Make a circle around the eyes. Repeat if necessary.</p>
<p><strong>Soap and water</strong>. Soaps that are used daily are alkaline. Soap ingredients wash grease and moisture from the skin that reacts by irritation and itching. These contribute to faster aging of the skin. For facial cleansing use only special soaps for sensitive skin that protect the natural acidity of the skin.</p>
<p><strong>Proper Use</strong>. Get your face damped with water. Make mild foam and apply to the face. If you want to thoroughly cleanse face, massage your skin with a soft facial brush. Rinse face with lukewarm water.</p>
<p><strong>A product for eye makeup removal</strong>. Cleansing products (lotion, oil, emulsions) are chosen depending on the type of makeup that is to be removed. When you remove makeup from the eyelids, it is important not to rub too much or you will damage sensitive skin around the eyes and small wrinkles will be created.</p>
<p><strong>Proper Use</strong>. Soak a piece of cotton in lukewarm water and drain. Place a piece of cotton on closed eyes and wait several seconds to remove the makeup. Carefully pull the piece of cotton towards the outer corner of the eye (below).</p>
<p><strong>Advice</strong>. If you wear contact lenses you should not use products that contain oils.</p>

<p>Lips need special care if they are always dry and thus chapped. Solution: apply some of the products for lips protection, or Vaseline, a mixture of olive oil and meat. Use tissues to remove the excess fat and then put the lipstick.</p>
<p>Lip skin gets thinner by aging (as well as the rest of the facial skin). That is why lips do not have the fullness necessary. Solution: collagen and other products for filling soft tissue (Hyaluronic acid) can fill out the lips. The effect lasts up to four months. It is necessary to pay attention to the emergence of small lines above and below the lips. This phenomenon is a characteristic consequence of exposure to some harmful influences (sunrays, smoking). If you want to hide small wrinkles around the lips, apply transparent powder to the outer edge of the lips. This will prevent the spilling of lipstick.<strong></strong></p>
<h2><strong>The Selection of a Lipstick</strong></h2>
<p>Never try a lipstick on the hand skin as the colour of this part of the body contradicts the colour of the lips. It is best to apply a tester lipstick to the lips.</p>
<p>Use lipsticks in natural colours with a discrete shine or with a little pearl for the lips to look fuller. Lipsticks of pearly look are retained longer on the lips. As for hair loss in women this is affected by genetics, menopause, pregnancy and use of various chemical products. Unfavorable external conditions, a reduced intake of vitamins, minerals and amino acids damage the structure of hair and its follicle.</p>
<p>In order to have healthy hair we have to nourish it properly. What does it mean? The intake of minerals, vitamins, and proteins is necessary, but also food that is rich in substances that by biochemical processes attach free electricity radicals to themselves. Increase the intake of red fruit &#8211; blueberries, currants, strawberries.</p>
<p>Hard intellectual work can lead to increased hair loss. This is a major health problem, and may happen due to some genetic predisposition. At first hair is getting thinner, loses its elasticity and shine, and then in the end we face hair loss. For women this happens during the menopause, when the amount of esterogen in the body decreases and the level of male hormones testerogens increase. Androgenic hormones affect the hair root and are the cause of hair loss.</p>

<p>Normal skin is the rarest. It is neither dry nor greasy, is not problematic and is healthy. Healthy and normal skin can become oily, dry or very sensitive under the influence of weather conditions, living habits, diet.</p>
<p>To bring your problematic skin to its normal condition, use some effective products, and something you can prepare yourself for your skin. A mask made of avocado and honey nurtures dry skin. Make a mixture of grated avocado, a tablespoon of honey, a tablespoon of olive oil and a yolk. Two tablespoons of grated carrot mix with one spoon of cheese and apply this mixture on face and neck. Leave for 15 minutes and then rinse. For your skin to look refreshed and smooth use the following. In half a cup of sour cream put a half of mashed kiwi. Apply the mixture to the damaged face and cover with the rest of sliced kiwi. Leave for 20 min, then rinse.</p>
<p>Dry skin and the loss of shine are caused by the skin exposure to sunrays. Such skin needs a good hydration and peels. You should use a peel based on essential oils and after that the skin is smooth and rejuvenated. In order to have the uniform colour of the face nurture the skin with moisturizing products using hydro-massage as well and then apply a moisturizing mask. Skin is greatly helped by chemical peels after sunbathing. Corneous layer that protects from UV rays is created on the skin. It is necessary to remove this layer because it can lead to the appearance of acne if your skin is oily. This layer can be removed by using chemical peels that hydrate skin, too. Surface peels are good for sensitive skin and primarily those based on almond acid. After returning from summer vacation you should do a peel, and thus you will not lose the suntan you have got. It will give skin softness and shine.</p>
<p>If you want to take care of yourself in a natural way, you can make products for care. Rosemary will help oily skin. Add a few drops of rosemary oil in a liter of boiled water. Use this to steam the face for 15 minutes, and the pores will be opened and the skin thoroughly cleansed.</p>
<p>You will soothe the skin and remove small wrinkles with some special coverings. Soak mallow flowers (about 60g.) in 3.5 deciliter of boiled water. Drain this and add 2 tablespoons of honey. Then wash your face with lukewarm water. This mask absorbs grease, reduces wrinkles and prevents pimples. Lotion that you can make from 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, 50 ml. of mineral water and that you will refridgerate, use to have a completely cleansed and relaxed facial skin.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The most common problem that we face at puberty is the appearance of acne on face, and body, too. Nearly 80% of the population aged 12 to 18 years has problems with acne. Those skin changes may also occur in infants. There is an opinion that acne occur due to the rapid activation of sebaceous glands. This problem occurs in adolescents of both sexes, usually between 13 and 15 years. It previously occurs in girls than in boys. Girls who have acne should have their ovaries examined because of the possibility of polycystic ovaries. Acne usually disappears after the twentieth year in most cases. Due to the increased creation of keratin in the area of follicle openings, a keratin cork is created that prevents the discharge of sebaceous gland, and skin keeps secreting more sebum. As a result, an accumulation of sebum in sebaceous glands occurs. Its decomposition under the influence of ferments of saprophyte bacteria, which are found on the skin and in the openings of hair follicles, fatty acids are released which have influence on the walls of the follicle and the surrounding tissue, and cause abacterial inflammation of the follicles and of its surroundings. Reasons for the occurrence of acne must be: an enlargement of sebaceous glands and seborrhea, the growth and development of follicles, follicles populated by bacteria Propionibacterium acnes, inflammation and immune response. Inflammatory form of acne can be associated with fever, painful joints etc. The disease goes through the stages of exacerebation and remission. The occurrence of acne in the second week of life is called neonatal acne, and when it is manifested between the third and sixth month, it is called infantile acne. Changes that occur can be seen on the face (cheeks, forehead etc.), the upper part of chest and back and on shoulders. Apart from vulgar acne, there are also other forms of it such as radiation excorias etc. But they are rare. Acne vulgaris is divided into several clinical forms.</p>
<p>Acne comedonica (comedonic acne) are non-inflammatory form and comedons (blackheads) prevail. A comedon is the cork that closes the pore. These caps may be black or white and are characteristic for skin with acne. There are comedogenic substances that help the creation of comedons, and they can be found in cosmetic products. Therefore, such acne is called acne cosmetica.</p>
<p>Inflammatory form of acne consists of acne papulopustula. It is a milder form, and arises from the closed comedons. Red papulae and pustulae that fester appear, too.</p>
<p>The most severe form is acne conglobata. Comedons, papulae, pustulae, cyst, and scabs appear and all these are followed by the inflammatory process which includes deeper parts of the follicle and the tissue and creates deep, hard caps. Apart from face it can affect the neck, back and the upper part of the abdomen as well.</p>
<p>Acne is easily diagnosed so that an additional testing is not necessary. Only dermatologists can prescribe medicines for the treatment of acne. Numerous sagged scars are the result of inadequately treated acne. After the active treatment of acne, scars can be treated by special methods, such as chemical peels, for example.</p>
<p>As for the food, avoid sweets (especially chocolate) and snacks. The maintenance of hygiene as well as the use of the products for the removal of impurities from the skin is obligatory.</p>

<p>Proper food in which there is a variety of nutrients will make your hair stronger and healthier. A hair root is the last place where vitamins, minerals and proteins can be found. You should take a vitamin product that meets daily requirements for vitamins A, B, C, E and flax oil and biotin.</p>
<p>Greasy hair and the wearing of caps can cause the closure of hair follicles and slow its growth. Avoid using caps and wash your hair more frequently using gentle shampoos.</p>

<p>Skin is in its best condition when a person is about some twenty years old. You should already know which your skin type is in this period of life and start using appropriate products. Forget smoking because it affects the premature aging of the skin. Avoid foundation and powder. Emphasize the eyes, lips and cheeks.</p>
<p>First signs of skin damages can be seen in your thirties. Use vitamin products, for example, moisturizer coloured cream. You will need a concealer, too, a foundation, a cream blush and a few lipsticks in various colours. Women in their forties have to use intensive moisturizer cream twice a day. After make-up, rub a little day cream (onto the make-up). In this way you will create a protective moisturizing layer and a younger look. Use a foundation. Your lips should be brighter and put some blush on the cheeks, in rosy tones. Do not use make-up containing sparkles.</p>
<p>Apart from facial, body care is also important. Body peeling based on papaya makes skin soft: papaya enzymes eliminate the defunct cells. After this treatment the skin is brighter and shinier. Hot water releases best intensive aromas of petals that influence the organ of smell and nervous system. It is best to use the rose petals. Mix 3 drops of rose oil, 10 drops of essential oil and 100 ml. of jojoba oil and finally add a few rose leaves. Use such mixture as a bath. For rejuvenation use the following treatment: massage of the whole body, peeling based on spices, a hair treatment mask based on yogurt and a fragrant bath.</p>
<p>Begin with the body massage (about 30min.), using your favorite oil. Use a following peel: 2 spoons of rice flour, and three drops of each &#8211; sandalwood oil and jasmine oil with water. In the end, massage 300ml. of yogurt into the skin (5 min.) and then rinse with water.</p>
<p>Apart from everyday care of face and body, do not forget the neck and décolleté. Breasts are very gentle. You should have strong pectoral muscles in order to be beautiful. Sometimes it is enough just to rub a body lotion after every shower. If you want to lift your breasts use some special products containing ingredients which lift the skin such as silicon and herbal extracts. By using some special masks rich in minerals breasts lift and become firm, and neckline skin &#8211; smooth. Before the mask, apply the cream that stimulates and hydrates cells, and then cover the breasts with the gauze where you have put a mask rich in minerals. After 20 min. the hardened mask is removed and the skin becomes smooth.</p>
<h3>Advantages and Disadvantages</h3>
<ul>
<li>If you have freckles, do not hide them. Choose rosy lipsticks.</li>
<li>If you have thin lips, draw them using a lip liner in the same colour as your lips. Use lipsticks in bright colours and emphasize the middle part of the lips (by applying a darker lipstick to this part).</li>
<li>If your face is small use make-up in pastel tones, peach, baby pink.</li>
<li>If you have a round face do not try to make your face look thinner visually. Emphasize your eyes (by using an eye crayon and shadows in various colors) and lips (by using lipsticks in vivid colours).</li>
<li>If you have fair complexion be proud of it and forget selftanning products.</li>
