Beautiful breasts should be firm and erect. The skin of breasts, neck and décolleté is especially gentle and is quickly dried. That is why the skin becomes wrinkled quickly. During the everyday facial care do not forget the neck and décolleté. Regardless of the shape and size, breasts need elastic and firm skin. And skin needs a careful treatment.
Regular Care
In order for breasts to be well cared, rub a nutritional body lotion after each shower. Once a week apply a nutritional mask the thickness of half a centimeter on décolleté. Leave for 20 minutes, and remove it. If you want your breasts to be firm, look for products that contain ingredients that tighten skin (silicon and herbal extracts).
Peels

Exercises
Stand upright and tighten your stomach and buttocks. Get the ball between the palms, press and relax 5 minutes. Repeat 10 times. Do the same exercise behind the back and above the head.

The size of ideal breasts is constantly changing. Make tea. Pour two cups of water over one cup of fenugreek sprouts in a saucepan. Add a little basil, anise, caraway, dill, licorice and marjoram. When the tea boils, leave to cool. Add lemon juice and honey.
- Caraway (ordinary or black) – use daily as a part of your diet because it contributes to the increase of breasts.
- Wild yam (Dioscorea villosa) is also known for its estrogenic effects. You can increase breasts by balm of wild yam. Make a cream of the inner bark of the root in a blender.

- Alternately shower with hot and cold water accelerates blood circulation and makes your skin pink and tight.
- Watch the proper posture – stomach in, breasts out.
- Sleep on the back more – the neckline will be less wrinkled.
- When doing sports always wear a sport bra.
